THE PHOENIX ASSET ADVISOR TEAM
Seth has more than 15 years of experience providing wealth management advice and services. A graduate of the Tulane University, he specializes in providing his clients with a holistic approach to investment and wealth management. He provides retirement planning, college savings advice and insurance services too.
Seth assists clients by helping determine their financial goals and then selecting the best investment advice to meet those expectations. He uses a mixture of investment vehicles such as stocks, bonds, professional money managers, mutual funds, exchange traded funds and annuities to create portfolios that give clients the best opportunity to meet their goals.
Seth is a native of the Reston, Virginia where he graduated from Herndon High School in 1992. He currently serves on the board of St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation and serves as a member on the finance committee. When not working or volunteering in the community, Seth enjoys playing golf, running, riding his bike and participating in triathlons. Seth and his wife, along with their children reside in Athens, Georgia.
Keith Spelmon - CRPC, M.B.A.
Keith Spelmon is a happily married father, raising two school-aged boys in Atlanta, GA. Originally from Los Angeles, CA Keith graduated Magna cum Laude from Morehouse College in 1996 and then he earned an MBA from Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA in 2001. Keith has spent his entire career as a professional in the financial services industry, having served institutional clients as an Analyst in the Equity Derivatives Division of Goldman Sachs in New York, NY and ultra-high net worth clients as an Associate in the JP Morgan Private Bank in Los Angeles, CA. Keith has also worked as a Financial Advisor in the retail banking divisions of Sun Trust Investment Services and Wells Fargo Advisors. In these “affluent” channels, he was able to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions to a wider audience that truly appreciated and benefitted from his professionalism, integrity and thoughtful approach. Keith is passionate about helping his clients protect, preserve and grow their financial resources so they can enjoy their quality of life and leave lasting legacies.

Gregory L. Stephens
With over 20 years of experience in financial services, I am dedicated to helping individuals meet their financial needs by developing investment plans around their long-term goals and risk tolerance. My extensive experience-throughout major shifts in the markets-enables me to help my clients structure balanced portfolios to address their specific financial goals.
I have earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York College at Fredonia.
I began my financial services career in 1986 a as a Management Trainee with Fleet Bank of Rochester, NY (now Bank of America). At the conclusion of that two-year program I was assigned as a Loaned Executive to the United Way and subsequently went on to become a Branch Manager and Commercial Loan Officer.
In 1993 I moved to Cleveland Ohio and joined JP Morgan Chase (formerly Bank One, NA) in the same capacity and I obtained my licenses to offer Mutual Funds and Annuities to clients. In 1999 I left banking and obtained my Series 7 license as a Financial Advisor and Comprehensive Wealth Manager with UBS Financial (formerly McDonald Investments). I later joined Morgan Stanley (formerly Smith Barney) in 2005.
In 2010 I moved to Atlanta Georgia and became an Independent Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network. In 2016 I joined Eudaimonia Partners, LLC as a Registered Investment Advisor.
I believe strongly in making my community a better place to live and work. While in Cleveland I was selected as a member of Kaleidoscope Magazine’s 40/40 Club, and recipient of the Community Champion Award for outstanding service. I graduated from the National Conference for Community Justice’s Lead Diversity Program, and I served as Chairman of the Board for E CITY, a non-profit organization and licensee of NFTE that teaches entrepreneurship and life skills to high school youth.
I was also an active member of the 100 Black Men of Greater Cleveland, Inc. where I served as a Board Member, Treasurer, Chairman of the Annual Fund-Raising Gala, Chairman of the Economic Development Committee, Member of the Finance Committee, and Mentor with the 100 Black Men of Tomorrow. I continue to be an active member of the 100 Black Men of America organization as a Board Member, Treasurer, and Mentor with The North Metro Atlanta chapter.
I am a member of Hopewell Northeast Missionary Baptist Church in Grayson Georgia, and I am dedicated to helping people live more meaningfully.
In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, mentoring & promoting financial literacy and entrepreneurship among youth.
Chris has over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry. A native Athenian, Chris graduated from Clarke Central High School and then the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He began his investment career with Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley) in Atlanta in 1995.
Through years of experience, Chris has provided advise and planning through every life stage. This process covers wealth accumulation, college planning, retirement planning, trusts, insurance needs, gifting and philanthropic needs. Listening to each client’s goals and dreams is paramount for success. Chris was raised in the investment business as his father was also an investment advisor for over 37 years. Through this experience, Chris learned quickly the true value of personal service and communication.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys being outdoors, hiking, fishing and boating. He has a “gentleman farm” where he can unwind by riding tractors and other manual labor. Chris is also lead guitarist and backup singer for the Kinchafoonee Cowboys. A staple of the country/southern rock scene, the band has been together for almost 30 years and plays dates throughout the southeast. Chris has a college age daughter and son in high school. They all reside in the Athens area.
Scott Bremus is a Managing Director for Phoenix Asset Advisors. Scott has been helping clients plan and manage their investments for over 20 years. Scott started as a Financial Advisor in Atlanta with Merrill Lynch for five years before moving his practice to Smith Barney until 2009. At that point He reunited with fellow Merrill Lynch alums to open an independent office for Sterne Agee in Gwinnett County, Georgia. In 2016 they launched their own firm after Sterne Agee was acquired. In late 2021, Scott was happy to have the opportunity to join Phoenix Asset Advisors and leverage the resources of a larger RIA Firm.
Scott passed his board exam in 2004 and is a Certified Financial Planner™. He believes in reviewing clients’ full financial needs from Investments, Financial Planning, Insurance and Business Succession that are all part of the bigger picture. Scott often works with multigenerational family clients to see that smart wealth management as well as wealth can be handed down and grow through families. Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia before receiving a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia. Scott Lives in Braselton, Georgia with his wife, Kathy, son Drew, daughter Ansley and several spoiled dogs. Scott’s pursuits include travel, and coaching youth Football, Lacrosse, and Soccer.
